What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. In plain words, with no fine print games.
Who we are.
This website is run by Zariyaa Happy Wellbeing Pvt Ltd, the company behind Zen Garden by Zariyaa. We are based in Bengaluru, India. Any question about your data, write to mathan@zariyaa.in or call +91 89717 31313, and a real person will answer.
What we collect.
Only what you type into the booking form. Nothing more. When you book a meeting, we ask for:
- Your name
- Your work email
- Your company
- Your role
- Your floor headcount (optional)
We do not run hidden trackers to profile you, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
Why we collect it.
One reason: so a senior partner can reply to you and arrange a meeting or a trial. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details. We do not rent them. We do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
Where it goes.
The booking form is run through HubSpot, the tool we use to manage enquiries. Your details are stored there so our team can respond to you. HubSpot may set a small cookie that the form needs to work. Beyond that, your data stays with us.
What happens inside an installed room.
This is the part that matters if you are checking us for a workplace install. Inside a Zen Garden, we count visits anonymously. No logins. No name on a visit. No tracking of individuals. We measure how many people use a room and whether they come back, never who. Every number we report is grouped, never personal.
Your rights under the DPDP Act.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you clear rights over your data, and we follow it. You can ask us to:
- Show you the data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Withdraw your consent at any time
Email mathan@zariyaa.in and we will act on it. No hoops.
How long we keep it.
Only as long as we need it: while we are in conversation, and while you are a client. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
How we keep it safe.
We limit access to your data to the people who need it to reply to you, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is perfect, but we treat your details the way we would want ours treated.
Cookies.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie you may pick up is the functional one HubSpot needs to run the booking form.
Changes to this page.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
