How Zariyaa Happy Wellbeing Pvt Ltd collects, uses and handles information when you visit this website or get in touch with us about a Zen Garden.

Last updated: 3 August 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Zariyaa Happy Wellbeing Pvt Ltd ("Zariyaa", "we", "our" or "us") collects, uses and handles information when you visit this website or get in touch with us about the Zen Garden. We handle your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian law.

What this site is. This is a sales and information website. We do not sell products online, run subscription services, or process payments through this site. We collect only what we need to reply to your enquiry.

1. Who we are

Data Fiduciary: Zariyaa Happy Wellbeing Pvt Ltd
Registered office: Embassy Golf Links Business Park, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560071, India
Email: keertibohara@zariyaa.in

2. What we collect and why

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, send us a WhatsApp message, or email us, we may collect:

  • Your name and job title
  • Your company name
  • Your email address and phone number
  • The postal address of your office, if you have asked us to post you a printed document
  • Any other information you choose to share in your message

Why: To reply to your enquiry, arrange a call or a visit, send you a document you asked for, and discuss whether a Zen Garden is the right fit for your company.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this website, standard web server logs may record:

  • Your IP address, used to detect and block abusive traffic
  • The pages you visit and the time of your visit
  • The browser and device type you are using

Why: To maintain the security and performance of the website. This data is not linked to your identity and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies, analytics and third-party scripts

This website uses essential technical cookies necessary for the site to work, and one third-party advertising cookie: the LinkedIn Insight Tag. It is used so that people who have visited this site can be reached again through LinkedIn advertising, and so we can see how many visits our advertising produced. It records the pages visited on this site. It does not record your name, your email address, or anything you type into a form here, and we never combine it with the details you send us through the contact form. You can opt out of LinkedIn advertising cookies in your own LinkedIn settings, or by using your browser's cookie controls, and the site works normally if you do. The film on the homepage is hosted on YouTube. It does not load until you press play. If you never press play, nothing is requested from Google or YouTube at all, and no cookie from either is set. If you do press play, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player loads, which does not set advertising cookies for that view. We use no other analytics and no other third-party scripts.

That is meant to be checkable rather than taken on trust, so here is what you will see in your browser’s network tab. Before you press play on the film, exactly one third-party script loads, from LinkedIn, and it is the Insight Tag described above. Press play and YouTube loads as well, and not before. Everything else the site serves, including the stylesheet, the typefaces, the photographs and the tour, comes from this domain. There is no tag manager, no social pixel beyond the LinkedIn one, no content delivery network in the path, and no other analytics.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect only for the purposes stated at the time of collection:

  • Replying to your enquiry about the Zen Garden
  • Scheduling calls, visits or trials
  • Sending you information you specifically asked for, such as a proposal, a case study or a printed copy of The Recovery Standard
  • Improving our website and services on the basis of aggregated, anonymised usage data

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share it only in these limited circumstances:

  • Within Zariyaa: founders and team members who need it to reply to your enquiry
  • Service providers: the email and scheduling tools we use to manage communications, currently Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business and cal.com. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies
  • Legal requirement: if we are required to disclose information by law, court order or a regulatory authority

5. How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for up to two years from the date of last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner, or we are required by law to retain it for longer. Server log data is retained for up to 90 days.

6. Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access: request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being used
  • Right to correction and erasure: request that we correct inaccurate data, or erase data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for
  • Right to grievance redress: raise a complaint about how we have handled your personal data
  • Right to nominate: nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity
  • Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer, below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

7. Grievance Officer

A note on the rooms themselves. This policy covers this website. Inside a Zen Garden, every visit is logged at zone level, with the zone, the duration, and whether the visit is a first or a return. There are no logins, no badge scans and no identity recorded at any point, which is what makes that data compliant with the DPDP Act by construction: there is nothing identifying to protect, retain or delete, because nothing identifying was ever captured.
